It's the same old thing, I'm almost sure people using Trade Server have experienced this for a while. I have no evidence to support my claim, except that it seems extremely consistent to me that Microsoft is what its identity is. I don't like that it's something that different organizations don't do, all things considered.
Tragically, many clients are forced to use Viewpoint by their manager's choice, others do so because "it's what they know" and have no desire to learn how to use another email client.

In any case, the business would in all likelihood be organizations, while even standard individuals could utilize viewpoints. I would expect a business administrator to know how the business handles information. I wouldn't expect the standard individual to know that all their emails/logins can be sent from MS.
New Standpoint and outsider records

What happens when I sync my recording to the Microsoft cloud?
