The Post COLLINS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Prieto Battery, Inc., a global forerunner in cutting-edge lithium particle battery innovation, has unveiled the latest model of its licensed 3D interdigitated battery that delivers key features:

"Our organizer, Dr. Amy Prieto, rethought the entire design of the conventional battery and promoted the primary 3D interdigitated battery."

3-minute hyper-fast charging

It works and charges in very low (-30 degrees C) and high (+100 degrees C) temperatures

Non-flammable

Each of Prieto's three lithium particle battery credits has been tested and approved by an outside licensed battery testing laboratory.

Hyper-Quick Charge

"The Prieto battery charges faster than you can fill your vehicle's gas tank," said Mike Rosenberg, President of Prieto. "The moment you charge a vehicle faster than gas, range is currently not a block, and everyone turns into a potential EV buyer."

Thanks to its 3D design, the Prieto battery fully charges in a short time and reaches half charge in 90 seconds, paying little attention to estimation.

"Three-minute charging in a general sense is changing the way organizations can plan their items and how shoppers use them," added Rosenberg.

All-Climate Outrage Temperature Activity

The Prieto 3D battery mediates the company's most extensive temperature activity. Not only does it work at -30 degrees C (-22 degrees F), but it also charges at that temperature. Additionally, the battery operates and is protected at temperatures up to +100 degrees C (212 degrees F).

"Priet's battery is the main battery that we know will not only work, but also charge at -30 degrees Celsius," made sense to Rosenberg. "As we realized last winter when North America was hit with outrageously cold weather, many individuals were left stranded with dead EVs. Our battery would allow these EVs to continue to run and charge, giving drivers the confidence to depend on their EVs, and even in outrageous situations." temperature."

Non-flammable

Prieto's 3D engineering and configuration ensures that the battery is not flammable or combustible. An outside lab performed a top quality "nail entry test" on Prieto's battery that did not cause any fire or explosion, and the battery still worked.

"Priet's battery works safely and won't catch fire like regular lithium particle batteries," Rosenberg said. "The 3D engineering and materials we use ensure our batteries won't run into warm strays or flames, giving customers real peace of mind."

3D interdigitated innovation

"Our organizer, Dr. Amy Prieto, rethought the entire design of the conventional battery and promoted the primary 3D interdigitated battery," Rosenberg said. "We're introducing world-class design and a cutting-edge cycle that delivers superior battery life and an unrivaled customer experience. This is truly the next evolution that will reclassify the way we power our lives."

Prieto's 3D engineering is completely unique to all other batteries. Current batteries use decades-old 2D engineering that constantly has to think twice about energy capacity and fast charging. In 2D batteries, energy can flow in one course across the two-layer plane. In order to charge, the lithium particles would have to move from one surface to another, which introduces serious limitations. Thicker 2D batteries store more energy, but long particle paths cause slow charging. Thinner 2D batteries can charge faster but cannot store much power.

"We have dramatically reduced the length of the dispersion to any path, which pushes charging to high speed and delivers more power and energy storage than 2D batteries," said Dr. Prieto, organizer and head of innovation at Prieto. "The center of our battery appears to be a fine copper napkin, and the particles simply have to go from one filament to the next, which is a negligible fraction of the distance in conventional 2D batteries."

The Prieto battery is designed to transmit twice the thickness of energy (20C release rate) and up to twice the thickness of energy of traditional 2D batteries. It is adjustable for any estimate or application, making it ideal for anything from electric vehicles to control instruments, clinical instruments to mobile phones and small home appliances.

Basic, practical assembly

The new Prieto battery boasts an exceptional assembly advantage as it is manufactured using minimal cost, sustainable materials with direct and versatile interaction. Prieto uses a demonstrated water-based electroplating process at room temperature and its cycle requires no dry rooms, clean rooms or other expensive equipment.

"From the very beginning, I focused on building ahead of the battery plan, and I knew that there was a need to reconsider the battery that we would initially need to build to scale up quickly, proficiently, and modestly," said Dr. Here you go.

Prieto's ongoing research facility generating revenue exceeds 90%.

"We are currently focused on commercialization as we finalize plans to build our pilot manufacturing office," Rosenberg said. "Our high return, coupled with our basic and natural assembly process used in many different businesses, will ultimately result in a much lower cost than conventional lithium batteries and give us an extraordinary level of certainty."

Prieto is as of now in assembly and application conversations with expected accomplices.

About Priet

Prieto supported a restrictive 3D interdigitated lithium particle battery that brings breakthrough execution like hyper-fast charging, high-temperature tasks, and is protected at a brutal cost. Its battery is adaptable to all shapes and sizes for use in electric vehicles, shopping hardware and business equipment. Prieto has also licensed an extraordinary electroplating manufacturing process that includes non-defective materials without the requirement of deeply specific offices. The organization was founded in 2009. Prieto's lab and base camp are in Post Collins, Colorado. Visit prietobattery.com.
